Farmacol merges Katowice unit into AZO-Serwis

Farmacol has taken a further step towards streamlining and concentrating its logistics operations with the merger of two subsidiaries. On 17 January a court in Warsaw approved the acquisition of Vestfarma, based in Katowice, by AZO-Serwis, headquartered in Warsaw.
AZO-Serwis was set up by Farmacol in 2009 to manage the group’s logistics facilities. Farmacol expects the merger to create substantial cost savings.
