Grzegorz Dzik has been appointed the deputy CEO of Neuca (formerly Torfarm). Mr. Dzik will be responsible for finances, IT and controlling. The new deputy CEO has also been nominated the head of Neuca’s subsidiary Accedit whose core business is bookkeeping and information systems. Accedit is to serve as the provider of accountancy services for Neuca and other companies. The proceeds generated from outsourced services are expected to diversify the revenues of Neuca.
Grzegorz Dzik is the third member of the company’s board. In 2004-2010 he cooperated with the French cement producer Lafarge, and the last post he held was as a member of the board responsible for financing and the supply network. Earlier, Mr. Dzik was an analytics and finance controller in Denmark's nkt cables. He also has an experience in audit and business consultancy, gained at Andersen.
