A consortium led by Tehand has won a tender to equip a new emergency care unit at the Voivodship Hospital in Lomza (Podlaskie voivodship). The contract is worth a total of PLN 3.29m (€0.83m) – financed in large part from EU funds - and is scheduled to be executed by the end of November.
Under it, the two companies will supply and install various pieces of medical equipment for the unit, including e.g. two bedside X-ray devices, four monitors of heart rate and blood pressure, a life-function monitor, an anaesthetic apparatus, or a critical parameters analyser. They will also be responsible for construction work, including the building of a landing site for air ambulaces.
The Lomza hospital has 24 wards and 14 diagnostic units.
